How can people forget? I'd really like to know..because you know what? We didn't even take a moment of silence at school today. Doesn't my principal realize that 3,000 people died and somebody's parent/friend/relative could've been one of them? I saw that not taking a moment of silence at 8:46 or when the plane struck the Pentagon, or when the plane went down in Pennyslvania very disrespectful and I am very offended. If my generation forgets, who's going to remember?

I had more to say..but it's all so irrelevant to what happened two years ago.

I was reluctant to post my comment in the first place, as it is difficult to look at it objectively. I try to not let emotions get in the way of the facts.

The fact that you don´t know about Chile says a bit about your country. Self centered, not knowing what is happening in the world. When I say that this was not a unique fact, I mean that every day terrorist attacks ruin people´s lives, everywhere in the world. This one happens to be the biggest one, but that does not make it any different for me. Any innocent life that is lost is one too many. What I am interested in is where is the line for rememberance? How many deaths? How many years afterwards?

Please do not forget any of them. Giving them a minute of your time isn't a bad thing to do. I just state that it shouldn't be obligatory.

i'm not going to continue the drama in MY personal journal because i'm not going to tolerate someone i don't even know attacking my country and how ignorant we supposedly are. you don't think 9/11 is unique to the rest of the world just because terrorism happens every day, so how should i think your chile attack is any different than how you feel about 9/11?

i agree with you that any innocent lost life is one too many, but this is how it all starts. people disagreeing which turns into fighthing, and so on. so i leave you wishing you a nice life.

Agree to disagree. And even though I disagree, I would never fight over it. So, a nice life to you as well.
